Job Description
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ **System Changes and Management** : Identify and implement necessary system changes, gather user feedback, manage change control processes, and ensure seamless system updates without disrupting user operations. Communicate changes effectively to users.
+ **Salesforce.com Administration** : Oversee all aspects of Salesforce.com including managing new releases, customizing fields, views, reports, dashboards, and maintaining workflows and configurations. Create custom objects and handle ongoing system alterations.
+ **System Security and Integrity** : Maintain user roles, profiles, and security settings, map Salesforce hierarchy, manage user licenses, and ensure data integrity by monitoring application storage and archiving data as needed.
