Your role

Your role as a Staff Software Developer, FullStack in the Provider Experience group, is to be a key technical leader within the AXe Team (Automation & Experience). Your mission is to bridge the gap between complex backend automation and a seamless provider experience, driving the evolution of Dialogue’s ServiceOS. You will report to the Director of Engineering and act as a force multiplier, ensuring that our clinical tools are powerful, automated, intuitive, and performant.
