Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced and technically strong Lead Engineer to join Clario’s R&D Software Engineering team. In this role, you’ll lead the design, development, and support of enterprise-level software solutions for our ERT products, while helping define architecture, development standards, and best practices across teams.
As a technical leader, you’ll collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and senior leadership to guide technical decisions, ensure scalability and performance, and mentor team members within an Agile environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead the design, development, testing, and support of complex, enterprise-level software applications.
Contribute to defining software architecture, development patterns, and technical standards across teams.
Serve as a technical leader within Agile development teams, owning large or complex components of software projects.
