We are hiring a Staff Software Engineer Backend in our CIA Growth Team area in Brazil! This is a Remote – Brazil position, meaning you can work from anywhere within the country. Please note that this role is only open to candidates in Brazil.

At the CIA Focus Area, we build the platform where all organizations can implement and manage their wellbeing strategy, helping to make every company a Wellness company, while generating a positive impact on their business. We focus on accelerating Wellhub’s growth by enhancing our subscribers’ and clients’ journey and expanding access to wellbeing experiences.

Our team is composed of three multidisciplinary squads: Subscription Boosters, Commercial Conditions Experience (CCXP), and Wellbeing Access. Each with talented TLs, UX designers, and frontend/backend engineers.
