**Responsibilities**:
- Coaching team members and help them grow their technical expertise as well as soft skills- Evolve the hiring culture in the team, identify skill gaps, and actively shape job openings to ensure foreseeable requirements can be met in the future- Lead Development initiatives and proactively collaborate with other Development teams, Product Management, User Experience, and other multicultural organizations- Consider Blue Yonder design guidelines and consult Architects as appropriate.- Work as part of an Agile team. Picking up sprint/backlog tasks, reporting on task progress and working collaboratively with the entire team to deliver stories and business value. Follow up on the progress of development and report to development manager.- Design services to be self-healing and to offer self-service capabilities from the ground up to achieve minimum manual intervention.- Provide support to our users when they have problems or questions regarding the onboar...
