This is not a maintenance or corporate bureaucracy role. We’re looking for someone with a startup mindset — ready to build, propose, and deliver with speed and quality.

• Build and evolve mission-critical applications in .NET Core / C# .
• Design and optimize relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle ).
• Integrate with modern frontends in Angular .
• Deploy to hybrid environments (Windows, Linux, AWS/Azure ) using Docker and Kubernetes .
• Implement modern engineering practices: CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring .

• 8+ years of professional experience in .NET Core / C# development.
• Strong expertise in relational databases and advanced query optimization.
• Hands-on experience with hybrid and cloud deployments.
• Product-first ownership mindset : full accountability from code to production.
• Nice to have: prior experience in health-tech startups or corporate spin-offs .
