Overview

We are currently working with a fast growing Technology Platform start-up, who are looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join their ever-expanding platform / DevOps team where you will be able to work remotely from anywhere in Europe. They are looking for you to have excellent cloud knowledge, ideally AWS as long as strong bare-metal knowledge (Linux). As well as this you will also be expected to have experience working with tools such as Ansible. They ideally want you to come from a software engineering background who has since moved into a DevOps focussed role. The successful Staff Software Engineer will also have strong experience of scripting ideally in Golang, or Rust or Python or Java.

As the Staff Software Engineer you will be a self-starter who has excellent stakeholder management experience who can show outcome based work. You will also be responsible for end to end solutions working closely as part of a squad including Developers and Testers. Please note you will need to have start-up experience.

Responsibilities

End-to-end solutions development and delivery as part of a DevOps squad, collaborating with Developers and Testers. Demonstrate stakeholder management and outcome-based work. Apply cloud and on-premises knowledge to build scalable platform solutions.

Skills & Qualifications
