As a Staff Engineer in the Product Platform area you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing the tools, processes, and frameworks that enable our engineering organization to reach maximum productivity and efficiency. This role focuses on creating a world‑class developer experience by streamlining the software development lifecycle end‑to‑end across the company.
You’ll lead initiatives to leverage AI for productivity gains, architect modular systems, and establish development standards that multiple teams can adopt. Your work will directly impact engineering velocity, code quality, and developer satisfaction across the organization.
