The Role
As a member of the Infotainment and Connectivity Software Safety team, the Staff Software SafetyEngineerleads and supports safety initiatives in all phases of system development (concept, requirements, design, implementation,verificationand validation) for software that is core to our Infotainment and Connectivity systems.You will conduct safety analyses,helpcreatesafety requirements for components of the software platform (e.g., middleware, platform health diagnostics, Linux OS),provide guidance to the software development team,ensure safety requirements are implemented properly, andverify safe platform software solutions for vehicles today and tomorrow.
