Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Lead the development of applications, ensuring they meet business requirements and technical standards in the Collaboration area
- Develop high-quality, testable, and maintainable code using modern programming languages and technologies
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance, feedback, and coaching to ensure their growth and success
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient application architecture
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, collaborating with other teams as needed
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve application development
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring knowledge sharing and reuse
