Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Manage and oversee production team for day-to-day manufacturing or production operations.
- Develop and implement production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, materials supply, staffing resources, and volume required to meet demand.
- Involvement in improvement or continuous improvement project e.g. automation / project related works.
- Monitor production metrics (e.g. yield and cycle time) and ensure the production team meet the production quantity and quality.
- Prepare production reports for management and work closely with other departments like maintenance, quality assurance etc.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Min. Degree in Engineering, preferably in electronic / factory automation or equivalents
- Min. 3 years of relevant supervisory experience, preferably in manufacturing / production environment in electronic industry.
