Job Description

In your new role you will:

  • Manage and oversee production team for day-to-day manufacturing or production operations.
  • Develop and implement production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, materials supply, staffing resources, and volume required to meet demand.
  • Involvement in improvement or continuous improvement project e.g. automation / project related works.
  • Monitor production metrics (e.g. yield and cycle time) and ensure the production team meet the production quantity and quality.
  • Prepare production reports for management and work closely with other departments like maintenance, quality assurance etc.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • Min. Degree in Engineering, preferably in electronic / factory automation or equivalents
  • Min. 3 years of relevant supervisory experience, preferably in manufacturing / production environment in electronic industry.
