Busways are seeking a proactive Staff Supervisor to join our Coffs Harbour depot, supporting daily operations and ensuring safe, reliable transport services for the community.
What You’ll Be Doing:â¯
Be the main point of contact for drivers for all non-dispatch matters, providing support and guidance. Support the Depot Manager with day-to-day depot operations. Build and maintain master rosters and weekly driver rosters, including leave management. Assist with incident management, including complaints, accidents, lost property and occurrence reports. Manage administrative tasks such as employee files, timesheets, payroll support and phone enquiries. Handling phone calls and two-way enquiries.
