What impact you’ll make:
The Enterprise Solutions team deploys, enhances and manages all ERP platforms in the GE Vernova Power segment. Our versatile team boasts unique expertise across enterprise technology platforms and business processes. As a key member of the Enterprise Solutions Services Initiatives team, you will help lead the charge in simplifying the ERP landscape, transforming with Cloud-native technology and operationalizing AI within our systems. In this role you will lead projects related to digital transformation of the Steam Services processes/applications across ERP platforms including but not limited to SAP OneSteam ERP and SAP PowerMax.
**Job Description**
**What** **you** **’ll** **do**
+ Proactively and holistically lead,consultand/or oversee multiple engagements acrossthePowerEnterprise Solutions ITorganization in response to disruptive trends and execution of change toward the desired business vision and outcomes
+ Interface with business process owners and functional leaders to map out existing and future processes/sub-processes, data sources, data models, systems, and workflows into a common enterprise-wide data model within application framework.
+ Act as the subject matter expert forSteambusinessERPprocesses and supporting applications functionality.Gatherrequirements and collaborate with functional partners for prioritizations to drive the business outcome.
+ Ensure compliance with all application policies including HPA, security and code reviews across all applications and platforms within scope.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally, working with a variety of teams toidentifyand prioritize ways in which the product can support our internal processes, and our business users in more efficient and effective ways.Maintain relationships with key business users.
+ Demonstrate ability to influence functional and development partners through credible knowledge and experience, persuasion and influencing skills.
+ Lead the research and evaluation of emerging technology,including Agentic and Generative AI,industryand market trends toassistin project developmentfor the Enterprise Solutions team.
+ Organize project teamscomprisingfrom internal and external technical and functional experts. Manage program execution of multiple interdependent projects by working directly with global technical teams.
+ Provide active participation in lean improvements across the whole landscape and balance execution of requirements with landscape simplification.
**What** **you’ll** **bring (B** **asic** **Q** **ualification** **s)**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Scienceor “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with advanced experience, or equivalent knowledge.
+ Significant technical experience along with established leadership credentials across disciplines and functions within IT program/product areas.
