Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in project management methodologies including PMI PMBOK and Agile.
• Experience with project management tools and software packages.
• Strong delegation and mentoring skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex data and information.
• Experience in operational and technical project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, or related field.
• 08+ years of project management experience, managing diverse teams and complex projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
• Experience in the travel , retail , or consumer industry.
• Advanced degree in a related field.
