Staff Technician Preventive Maintenance

Overview

Responsible to execute preventive maintenance and monitor effectiveness timely. Support operation equipment engineering based on area of responsibility and ensure overall success in Operations and Engineering

Responsibilities

• Execute yearly, half yearly and quarterly planned maintenance based on define preventive Job Card and execute timely
• Performs regular maintenance and troubleshooting of critical and general alarms, performs machine calibration based on area of responsibility
• Monitor equipment stability and implement counter measures to prevent repetitive breakdowns
• To gather previous maintenance improvement activities to ensure that cascading been executes across area of responsibility machine to meet its optimal performance after preventive maintenance or troubleshooting
