The primary duty of the Staff Title Analyst will be to support a geophraphic team by completing necessary land title work to achieve the Division's exploration and production objectives. The Staff Title Analyst will have the experience and skills necessary to fulfill the following required responsibilities within a defined geographical area. Set-up and maintain oil and gas leases. Monitor lease calendar to tender delay rentals, lease extensions, minimum royalties, and shut-in payments. Transfer leased acreage to producing based on plats and unit summaries. Review and set-up contracts, including assignments, unit declarations, joint operating agreements, and farmouts.
