Staff UX Designer, Lime for Business

What You’ll Do:

• Design intuitive, end-to-end mobile experiences for business users that support complex business rules and workflows, translating employer policies, eligibility, and usage constraints into clear, rider-friendly interactions.

• Define and evolve the multi-platform vision for Lime for Business, with a primary focus on employee and rider-facing experiences in the Rider mobile app across key use cases such as commute, business travel, and campus mobility.

• Lead full-cycle user centered design, from discovery and concepting through wireframes, high-fidelity designs, prototyping, and final specs—grounded in user research, business objectives, and technical constraints.

• Partner closely with Product, Engineering and Customer Success Managersto deliver and iterate on cohesive, high-quality mobile experiences that integrate seamlessly with Lime’s existing Rider app architecture, design systems, and performance...
