Overview

Amazon is looking for staffing leads (recruiters/procurement) motivated to lead mass recruitment programs for Amazon logistics sites (Customer Fulfillment, Amazon Transportation Services, Amazon Logistics, or Global Specialty Fulfillment). Staffing Leads take the lead in securing personnel to achieve smooth receipt and shipment at logistics hubs and are highly motivated and flexible to drive operational excellence for Workforce Staffing (WFS) with its major business partners.

A successful candidate must demonstrate strong consulting skills, exceptional ability to influence organizational expertise, strong verbal and written communication skills, and a passion for building data‑driven programs that improve business operations. They are self‑motivated, solutions‑oriented, comfortable with ambiguity, and innovative in developing best‑in‑class programs.
