Stage Manager

As part of the The Jury Experience crew you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality live performances by ensuring seamless technical execution and clear communication across all departments. This role is hands‑on detail‑driven and central to the successful delivery of each show.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced proactive and technically confident Stage Manager to support and operate live productions across Sydney and Melbourne. This role is responsible for the preparation, coordination and execution of all technical and show‑running elements working closely with directors, cast, venue technicians and production staff.

The ideal candidate is highly organised, calm under pressure and confident in operating Qlab and comfortable leading live operations. You will take ownership of cueing - technical run‑of‑show and on‑the‑ground troubleshooting to ensure each performance runs smoothly and consistently.
