We have summer internship opportunities in our hotel Germain Mercer Toronto for a period varying between 3 and 6 months, starting this May 2026.



WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Help with check-in and check-out.

  • Assist agents in complex situations.

  • Assist agent with most of the tasks of a customer service agent (greet guests, provide information on hotel services, schedules, available amenities, etc.).

  • Collaborate with other departments.


    • WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Study in Hospitality program, or similar program is an asset

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Natural customer service orientation with a positive attitude
