About the Role
We are seeking a Staging Operator to join a thriving and stable company experiencing extensive growth. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing products for shipping, including cleaning, inspecting, wrapping, banding, palletizing, loading/unloading trucks, and staging materials for operators. This position requires prior industrial or material handling experience.
What You’ll Do
- Clean and visually inspect products before shipping
- Wrap, band, and palletize products for distribution
- Load/unload trucks and move materials within the warehouse
- Support operators by staging materials for production
- Lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active role
