Play an important role in assess the entire stamping manufacturing process, identifying cost, productivity, quality, and skill development opportunities, prioritized the projects and provide a short and long term plan on how to make the improvements necessary.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting daily output and plan the production accordingly.
• Provide technical knowledge in continuous improvement efforts by adding technology to existing processes to resolve operational issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Knowledge in using tools/methods such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, DMAIC, FMEA, SPC, and other techniques that best fit the continuous improvements activities.
• Provide control plans for improvement efforts such that the improvements gained are sustainable.
