Job Description
- Rotating Shift: 4 days per week/ Morning: 7am-7pm, Night: 7pm-7am @Boon Lay
Shift Allowance: Day- $6.40 per shift; Night - $23 per shift
Stamping Technician /Basic $1500 - $1600
Operate stamping machinery to produce stamped components.
- Set up equipment including installing dies, adjusting settings, and calibrating machinery.
- Monitor machine operation and performance and making adjustments
- Inspections of stamped parts to ensure compliance with specifications and identify any defects.
- Troubleshoot equipment defects, performing repairs & coordinating with maintenance staff.
- Train and mentor junior technicians on stamping processes/operation, and safety protocols.
- Maintain production records including production output, downtime & quality inspection results.
- Work with engineering/quality teams to implement process improvements & resolve quality issues.
