Stand Coordinator

Under the administrative supervision of Mirror’s Director of Prevention , the STAND Coordinator will work with youth teams in each STAND high school as well as regional and county leadership board(s). With the goal of building supportive thriving teams of youth in each participating community, the Coordinator will work to engage youth in messaging and creative prevention strategies, train youth and adults in best practices, and support adult sponsors to carry out required prevention education, mental health promotion, and community service projects. Coordinator will work with local partners, coalitions, and community stakeholders to develop strategic action plans that reduce youth substance use and build in protective factors that buffer kids from risk.
