**Overview**
Noblis is seeking a highly motivated **Standards and Systems Engineer** to support the U.S. Department of State (DOS) in advancing its identity management and biometric standards initiatives. This **hybrid** position plays a critical role in coordinating standards development, supporting interagency and international workgroups, and assisting the program management office with technical analysis, systems-level documentation, and process improvement activities.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting technical standards development, biometric or identity systems, strong organizational and communication skills, and a background in systems engineering, program, or project support within a federal environment.
