Job Description:
  • The Shift Operations Engineer will operate plant systems and equipment during startup, commissioning, and normal operations.
  • This role involves monitoring plant performance, executing operational procedures, supporting maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and coordinating with operations and technical teams to maintain efficient and safe plant operations.
    • Responsibilities:
  • Operate local and control room panels as required.
  • Generate and maintain appropriate operating reports.
  • Perform electrical and mechanical system lineups for plant operation.
  • Execute and provide input for daily briefings and Plan of the Day meetings.
  • Follow plant operations reporting structures and guidelines.
  • Conduct plant walk-throughs, observe plant conditions and parameters, and document operating data on shift log sheets and logbooks.
