The Club at Starr Pass is looking for a Starter! Ideal candidates are friendly and organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Starters provide guest services by guiding players to the first tee at appropriate times and controlling a smooth pace of play on the golf course.

The Starters play an integral role in creating an exceptional guest experience. These team members guide players to the first tee at their scheduled times, help ensure a smooth pace of play, and provide friendly, knowledgeable service throughout the golf experience. In addition, they will help with the golf cart fleet, supporting the driving range, and upholding the resort’s high standards of service and presentation. Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills:
