Family Office Investment Operations Analyst
Family Office is looking for a detail-oriented and disciplined professional to manage comprehensive investment recordkeeping and MIS reporting. The role involves maintaining accurate transaction records, tracking multiple investment portfolios, and generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Review and Interpretation of Investment Documents
Read, understand, and analyze agreements such as Shareholders' Agreements, Share Purchase Agreements, Term Sheets, Contribution Agreements, and Private Placement Memorandums related to investments in Startups and Alternate Investment Funds (AIFs).
Investor Rights Analysis
Identify, evaluate, and summarize key investor rights—including pre-emptive rights, tag-along rights, information rights, anti-dilution protections, and others—to ensure the safeguarding of investor interests across all portfolio entities.
Documentation Management & Coordination
Act as the custodian and primary point of contact with portfolio companies to ensure complete and timely availability of essential documents such as share certificates, valuation reports, shareholders’ resolutions, and other investment or exit-related records.
MIS & Performance Reporting
Support the Family Office team in preparing MIS reports, performance dashboards, and periodic updates to enable informed decision-making.
Research & Regulatory Compliance Support
Prepare checklists, briefs, and concept notes on relevant topics and regulatory developments, including Angel Funds, accreditation criteria, ARR, MRR, and other applicable changes.
