1) Private Founder & Investor Event
Create a primary operating document that includes:
Event objectives and success metrics
Timeline and critical path
Budget with assumptions
Guest segmentation and invitation strategy
Venue and vendor selection framework
Risk identification and mitigation
Day-of run-of-show
Post-event follow-up and reporting
The event is closed-door, invite-only, and relationship-focused (not promotional).
2) Chief of Staff Talent Initiative
Design a process-driven approach to help founders hire Chief of Staff talent.
This should include:
How to assess founder demand and role requirements
Role definition and standardization
Candidate sourcing and screening strategy
Matching process
Systems/tools to manage the pipeline
Success metrics (short-term and long-term)
The goal is both immediate hiring support and long-term ecosystem development.
