Key Responsibilities
•    Manage end-to-end operations for the Tamil Nadu region
•    Drive dealer and distributor management with a strong focus on channel expansion and performance
•    Lead, mentor, and manage a team of employees along with off-roll staff
•    Ensure achievement of sales targets and market penetration goals
•    Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealers, distributors, and stakeholders
•    Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and provide strategic inputs
•    Ensure compliance with company policies and operational process
