The Opportunity Were looking for an entrepreneurial, analytical, and scrappy State Head whos excited to lead regional growth at a fast-scaling AgriTech startup thats transforming the lives of smallholder farmers in India. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will take full ownership of a states performancebuilding and managing high-performing teams, solving operational challenges, and delivering an exceptional experience to every farmer we serve. Job Type: Full Time Location: Jharkhand Reporting to: Head of Operations Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales, installation, and service teams. Own the regional P&Lensure pricing, CAC, service, and operational costs align with budget. Deliver 100% customer satisfaction and meet all Farmer Success and NPS targets. Manage relationships with partners after getting handover from partner success managers to drive operations smoothly Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders for cross-functional success. Work closely with the leadership team to come up with effective strategies to achieve organizational goals Ideal Candidate Were searching for a bold, entrepreneurial leader to take full ownership of our operations in one of our key states. As a State Head, you will be at the frontlines of transforming smallholder farmers livesleading large teams, managing operations end-to-end, and making tough, smart decisions to scale impact sustainably.
