Job Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Political Science, International Development, Economics, Social Work
- 10–12 years of experience in large-scale program management and implementation.
- Prior experience in education-focused programs is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience success in government coordination and stakeholder management
- Willing to travel 10–12 days per month across districts
- Marathi is mandatory for effective state-level engagement
