About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a senior leader to bepart of a purpose-driven, values-led organisation.
For more than 30 years, Sureway has been a trusted leader in
employment services across Australia. As a State Manager for the Inclusive
Employment Australia program, you will be responsible for strategic operations
across your region, leading a team of area managers and guiding them in all
aspects of quality service delivery and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
across multiple regions and sites
deliver sustainable employment outcomes for people with disability
participant focused service delivery model
individual, site and area performance and quality metrics
of high-quality person-centred services
government agencies, disability services, employers, and community
organisations
stakeholder engagements to influence policy and promote inclusive employment
reflects Sureway’s values and commitment to diversity and empowerment
What we are looking for:
employment services, disability services, or a related human services field
with strong people leadership and coaching capability
programs, budgets, and stakeholder expectations
and employment sector reforms
insights to optimise performance and drive sustainable growth
influence and negotiate at senior levels
tools, reporting systems, and compliance platforms

Sureway Employment and Training lead the industry in
Workforce Australia Employment Services and services to those with Disability.
We also extend to the delivery of training and health supports. Sureway deliver
innovative programs to job seekers, employers and learners across NSW, VIC,
ACT, QLD, WA and SA. Our growing suite of services assists people to achieve
their goals and aspirations in life.
This position requires the successful applicant to
undertake a National Police Check and relevant state-based screens. Applicants
also must have the right to work in Australia and hold a valid driver’s licence
with reliable transport.
