Job Responsibilities: Overseeing the daily operations of agricultural establishments, including crop management, livestock care, and equipment maintenance to ensure efficiency and productivity.Developing and implementing business strategies to achieve financial objectives, including budgeting, forecasting, and managing resources.Analyzing and figuring out marketing strategies, hiring and mentoring the workers of the farm, and planning where and how much to sell the crops and livestock.Managing sales and marketing, distribution, logistics, customer service, financial management, and strategic planning within agribusiness organizations.Planning, organizing, and coordinating the planting, cultivating, and harvesting activities, breeding of livestock and poultry, overseeing farm operations, and handling administrative tasks such as hiring, training, and managing farm workers.
