Job Description

As the State Manager for South Australia, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Divisional Office in Adelaide and you will manage and foster relationships with the local Divisional Council. You will work with your Regional Head to develop and implement data driven and member centric communications and engagement plans, and member experiences to drive engagement and retention in the state. You will work with Relationship Managers to drive and engage in the employer and tertiary activities and initiates that attract new member to CPA Australia.

You will also lead and coach the Member Services & Events team towards providing the best service to members’, and assist in the delivery of the member retention strategy planning and execution. You will lead the positive development of the operations and team culture through seeking and providing mentoring, time management, productivity improvements, all in a collaborative and constructive way.
