Target Hiring Range: $120,000-$140,000

The Senate Sergeant at Arms is seeking a Program Manager (Construction) for State Office Operations, a dynamic team responsible for managing the opening, renovation, and relocation of Senate state office suites across the country. This Program Manager (Construction) role leads cross-functional teams including internal stakeholders, federal partners, building managers, architects, construction contractors, and security technicians from design concept to completion. 

The ideal candidate will have an understanding of government contracting and have significant experience in a broad range of construction trades and methods, including writing statements of work, cost analysis/estimating, price negotiation, space design, physical security (doors/hardware), and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues.
