The State Program Manager for Gujarat will lead the implementation of the Swift School program across 550+ schools in Ahmedabad and Navsari districts , under the Bharat Ed Tech Initiative (BEI). This role is responsible for ensuring seamless adoption of Swift PAL, Swift Class, Swift Chat, and our suite of AI-enabled learning bots while driving strong program outcomes on the ground.
The State Program Manager will oversee district-level execution, manage and mentor implementation teams, strengthen field operations, and ensure meaningful learning impact. As and when Conve Genius expands its footprint, this role will also be responsible for scaling interventions to additional districts across Gujarat , supporting both program delivery and strategic business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Strategy - If you have strong strategic planning and systems-thinking skills, you will thrive at:
Leading implementation of Swift School across Ahmedabad & Navsari, aligning with district and state priorities.
Developing annual and quarterly work plans with milestones, targets, and accountability structures.
Running implementation pilots and cost-impact experiments under BEI to refine scalable delivery models.
Program Delivery & Adoption - If you have strong execution, operational management, and field coordination skills, you will excel in:
Ensuring effective rollout of Swift PAL, Swift Class, Swift Chat, and AI bots across intervention schools.
Driving high teacher adoption through training, mentoring, and classroom-level academic support.
Working with product teams to localize content, dashboards, and analytics for Gujarat’s needs.
Creating structured feedback loops to surface field insights that inform program and product improvements.
Stakeholder Management - If you are excellent in relationship-building and communication skills, you will succeed at:
Managing relationships with district officials, state partners, and school leadership.
Handling CSR/NGO funder communication, reporting, and impact showcases.
Representing Conve Genius confidently in formal review meetings and donor forums.

Leading and mentor the Gujarat implementation team across districts
Building a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous learning within the team

Tracking program KPIs: Adoption, Engagement, and Learning
Using dashboards and analytics to drive decisions and report insights
Preparing insight reports, presentations, and evidence-driven case studies for internal leadership, state partners, and donors.

Supporting expansion of Swift School to additional districts across Gujarat.

Qualifications & Competencies
Education: Master’s or equivalent from a top-tier institution in Management, Education, Development Studies, or related fields
Experience: 6-8 years of work experience, with at least 4-5 years in large-scale program implementation
Experience working with government education systems is highly desirable
Strong program and project delivery skills: planning, execution, and risk management
Proven stakeholder engagement ability with senior officials and funders
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Analytical mindset: ability to use data for decision-making and communicate insights effectively
Flexibility and adaptability to operate in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, English is mandatory (written, spoken and reading)
Familiarity with Excel, Power Point, Word, and data analysis is expected
