Roles and Responsibilities - Managing business growth for Loan Against property.- Work on the sales productivity of the channel- RM / ASM / and DSA.- The person would need to ensure that there is detailed productivity monitoring along with reasons and interventions.
- Reducing the credit rejects, improving the quality of sourcing, identifying segments to focus would be a part of his role.
- DSA engagement program- work on increasing the long tail DSA' s and increase our share in existing DSA's.- Will be Handling entire Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.- Reporting to Zonal Sales Manager.
