Core Talent has partnered with a leading HVAC solutions provider to appoint an experienced State Sales Manager to lead and grow their NSW sales operation. The Role

Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, you will take ownership of the NSW sales function, leading a team of sales professionals while driving new business, growing key accounts, and ensuring sales targets and forecasts are achieved.

Key responsibilities

  • Leading, mentoring and developing the NSW sales team
  • Driving sales performance against budgets, forecasts and KPIs
  • Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation through to close
  • Growing existing client accounts while identifying and converting new business
  • Implementing and continuously improving sales processes and CRM discipline
  • Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and contractors
  • Providing regular performance reporting and insights to senior leadership

About You

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, sales leadership within HVAC or a related technical industry
  • Strong commercial acumen and sales pipeline management skills
  • A hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop teams
  • Confidence in engaging with technical products, quotations and tender processes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
