Jio is inviting application for the position of Program Manager - State Talent Acquisition


Requirements

Education qualification: Post Graduate (MBA in Human resource)

Experience: 6 - 10 years in Talent Acquisition preferable in telecom/ FMCG/Banking domain


Job Role:

  • Identification & development of alternative sourcing channels including local Job Exchange, NGO's, college campus, social media, self help groups etc.
  • Publish recruitment reports as required by various internal stakeholders
  • Ensuring the Reports ready for daily reference & usage, daily posting to the stake holders
  • Drive various campaigns to increase number of applicants on Jio Careers website.
  • Work on the specific project requirements as per the given timelines
  • Monitor recruitment dashboards at regular interval and basis analysis, drive performance.
  • Drive recruitment of Identified Critical positions on priority at respective state.
  • Manage cross-functional stakeholders in order to ensure timely, closure of requirements in their respective verticals,
  • Build an extensive candidate database for future requirements
