Jio is inviting application for the position of Program Manager - State Talent Acquisition
Requirements
Education qualification: Post Graduate (MBA in Human resource)
Experience: 6 - 10 years in Talent Acquisition preferable in telecom/ FMCG/Banking domain
Job Role:
Identification & development of alternative sourcing channels including local Job Exchange, NGO's, college campus, social media, self help groups etc.
Publish recruitment reports as required by various internal stakeholders
Ensuring the Reports ready for daily reference & usage, daily posting to the stake holders
Drive various campaigns to increase number of applicants on Jio Careers website.
Work on the specific project requirements as per the given timelines
Monitor recruitment dashboards at regular interval and basis analysis, drive performance.
Drive recruitment of Identified Critical positions on priority at respective state.
Manage cross-functional stakeholders in order to ensure timely, closure of requirements in their respective verticals,
Build an extensive candidate database for future requirements
