Position located at Novar Gardens

Key responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership – Manage transport operations, safety risk management, and fleet maintenance.
• Team & Resource Management – Lead and develop staff, ensuring efficient use of key reporting systems and KPIs.
• Customer & Business Development – Strengthen relationships with key clients, ensuring high service levels and profitability.
• Compliance & Safety - Ensure adherence to NHVR policies, fatigue management, and chain of responsibility legislation.
• Continuous Improvement – Contribute to business growth and process improvements.

About you:

• At least five years’ experience leading a transport operations team.
• Experience in transport/logistics management, ideally with an outsourced logistics provider or a large manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Knowledge of industrial relations, compliance regulations, and safety management.
• Ability to analyse reports, manage profitability, and drive operational improvements.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Intermediate IT proficiency and familiarity with logistics platforms.
