Job Description
Purpose of Position:
To provide support services for airport day-to-day operations ensuring the highest level of customer service is delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain radio communication with flight crews and ground personnel.Receive and relay information between flight crews, ramp, sales, commissary and maintenance personnel.Plot gate assignments on Gate Management System and plan/coordinate aircraft towing in accordance with gating restrictions to ensure safe movement of aircraft, personnel and passengers.Monitor forecasts and routing changes, forecast all changes in arrival/departure times, notify appropriate personnel and update FIDS/FMIS screens accordingly.Investigate delays and code them in the appropriate Airport Operations systems.Assist in other related duties as instructed by shift manager/supervisor.Perform all duties in accordance with established policies and proc...
