KWS Italia SpA is looking for a Breeding Station Worker (m/f/d) for our site in Monselice. This is a full-time position.
Main tasks and responsibilities:Carry out agricultural activities according to instructions and deadlines, such as soil preparation, fertilization, irrigation, pest control, etc., in fields where KWS has production agreements with farmers.
Operate, monitor, and supervise agricultural machinery and other equipment.
Maintain agricultural machinery and other equipment in compliance with rules and operational standards. Report problems or risks promptly.
Support ad hoc activities as and when requested by management.
Ensure that all operational activities are carried out and that staff under your responsibility work in line with the company’s health and safety standards. Residence in Monselice or willingness to relocate.
