What this job involves:

This position involves operating and maintaining critical building systems including high-pressure steam boilers, hot water systems, centrifugal chillers, and a cogeneration plant with two electricity-generating turbines. 

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Understand and comply with all Environmental, Safety and Health (ES&H) programs and procedures.


• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain high-pressure steam and hot water boilers to ensure in full compliance with the manufacturer’s recommendations and applicable permits/regulations.


• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain site centrifugal chillers, pumps, cooling towers and related functional equipment to ensure reliability, efficiency and compliance with the manufacturer’s recommendations.
