Job Role:
The Business System Analyst will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into system solutions. The role involves working closely on data workflows, system enhancements, and analytics using SQL, Snowflake , and SDLC processes within the US Healthcare domain .

Responsibilities:

• Gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements.

• Develop BRDs, FRDs, and user stories for system enhancements.

• Work with engineering teams to design and implement scalable data solutions using SQL/Snowflake.

• Participate in all phases of SDLC, ensuring quality and compliance.

• Conduct UAT and ensure business readiness for releases.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, data, and healthcare operations.

• Maintain strong communication and documentation standards throughout project lifecycle.
