The Business System Analyst will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into system solutions. The role involves working closely on data workflows, system enhancements, and analytics using SQL, Snowflake, and SDLC processes within the US Healthcare domain.

Responsibilities:

  Gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements.

  Develop BRDs, FRDs, and user stories for system enhancements.

  Work with engineering teams to design and implement scalable data solutions using SQL/Snowflake.

  Participate in all phases of SDLC, ensuring quality and compliance.

  Conduct UAT and ensure business readiness for releases.

  Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, data, and healthcare operations.

  Maintain strong communication and documentation standards throughout project lifecycle.
