Job Title: Java Backend Developer

Location- Gurgaon / Bangalore

Work Mode- Hybrid ( Shift Time - 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM ) 

Role Overview:

We're looking for a backend engineer who can hit the ground running, own complex workflows, and keep the data engine humming. Someone who's hands-on with Java, rock-solid with Spring Boot, and confident with Oracle PL/SQL. If you know Kafka and Provider Data, even better — we want people who think in systems, not just code lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot .

• Implement and optimize JDBC connections for high-performance data access.

• Develop, debug, and tune complex Oracle PL/SQL procedures, functions, and packages.

• Integrate and manage Spring-Kafka pipelines for near real-time data flows.

• Work on provider data models —ingestion, validation, transformation, and mapping.

• Ensure code quality, reliability, and maintainability through best practices and automated testing.

• Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps to ship stable releases fast.

• Troubleshoot production issues with a root-cause-first mindset.

  Required Skills

  • Strong experience in Core Java and Spring Boot.

  • Deep understanding of JDBC, connection pooling, and query optimization.

  • Hands-on expertise in Oracle PL/SQL (procedures, functions, triggers, packages).

  • Working knowledge of Kafka (producers, consumers, partitions, offsets).

  • Familiarity with provider data structures and business rules (healthcare domain preferred).

  • Solid grounding in REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems concepts.

  • Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving mindset.

  Good-to-Have

  • Experience with CI/CD , Docker/Kubernetes.

  • Exposure to OAuth2, security frameworks , or API gateways.

  • Understanding of scalable architectural patterns.
