Position: Sr. Python Developer

Work Mode: Hybrid (2 Days Remote + 3 Days Onsite)

Shift Timing: 2 PM to 11 PM IST

Location: Gurgaon / Bangalore

Experience: 6–9 years

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust Python applications and microservices to support business-critical workflows.

• Implement batch processing solutions for large-scale data handling, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver high-quality solutions.

• Optimize and refactor existing Python codebases to improve performance and maintainability.

• Develop and maintain APIs, integrating internal and third-party services using microservices architecture.

• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal downtime.

• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers on Python best practices and design patterns.

• Collaborate with DevOps and QA teams to automate deployments, testing, and monitoring of applications.

• Stay updated on emerging Python technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to continuously improve development processes.
