About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager / Senior Manager – Statutory Audit (Indian Accounting Standard) to lead and deliver high-quality audit engagements for our diverse client portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong grounding in statutory and tax audits, excellent technical expertise in Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), and proven experience managing audit teams and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage statutory audits, tax audits, and internal control reviews (IFC/ICOFR) across assigned engagements.
• Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS/AS), Standards on Auditing (SAs), and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Conduct and oversee CARO reporting and other regulatory audit deliverables.
• Drive high-quality audit workpapers, ensuring accurate documentation and audit evidence.
• Review and finalize audit reports, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with professional standards.
• Monitor team performance, provide structured feedback, and support professional development.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on assigned engagements.
• Provide technical expertise on accounting, auditing, consolidation, and group audit issues.
• Stay updated with changes in auditing standards, accounting pronouncements, and regulatory updates.
• Ensure audit engagements are executed in line with the firm’s quality and risk management policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong academic performance.
• Proven experience in statutory audit and tax audit engagements .
• In-depth knowledge of Ind AS/AS , Standards on Auditing (SAs) , and audit methodologies .
• Preferred experience auditing MNCs and manufacturing industry clients.
• Excellent client communication and relationship management skills.
• Strong leadership abilities, with experience managing and mentoring teams.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Our Hiring Process :

If the profile of a candidate gets shortlisted, the hiring team will get in touch within 72 hours. The initial shortlisting will be followed by 2 rounds of interviews (Technical round & Interaction with Senior Management). Post Final Selection, there will be an interaction with the HR representative. This process may take 10-15 working days.
